Yocto v3.1.7 (Dunfell) is now available for all users of the emtrion single board computer emSBC-Argon and the emSTAMP-Argon soldering module. The BSP has been updated to Yocto version 3.1.7 and kernel version 5.4. The boot loader is U-Boot version 2020.01, systemd is used as the init system.

Yocto v3.1.2 (Dunfell) is now available free of charge to all users of the emtrion single board computer emSBC-RZ/N1D. emtrion has updated the BSP to Yocto version 3.1.2 and kernel version v4.9.0. The init systems SysVinit and systemd are supported. In addition, realtime support is available using the Preempt-RT patch.

Yocto v3.0.4 (Zeus) is now available free of charge for all users of the emtrion System-on-Module emCON-MX8M Mini. emtrion revised its Yocto Developer Kit and updated it to Yocto v3.0.4 (Zeus) and NXP BSP 5.4.70_2.3.2, thereby making the latest security patches and libraries accessable. The kernel version was upgraded to 5.4.70 and U-Boot to 2020.04. Both versions are based on the NXP distribution, including specific emtrion extensions.
