Decode the hardware revision label
Every hardware from emtrion comes with a label which contains information to identify the device exactly.
Dependend on the type of hardware three different versions of lables are used. See below how to decode the labels:
Version 1
Description
- productname
- order number
- factory programmed software version
- production date ([calendar week][year]); Example: 1412 = Calendar Week = 14, Year = 2012
- hardware revision
- serial number
Version 2
Description
- productname
- order number
- hardware revision
- production date ([calendar week][year]); Example: 3312 = Calendar Week = 33, Year = 2012
- serial number
Version 3
Description
- productname
- order number
- production date ([calendar week][year]); Example: 46/12 = Calendar Week = 46, Year = 2012
