Decode the hardware revision label

Every hardware from emtrion comes with a label which contains information to identify the device exactly.

Dependend on the type of hardware three different versions of lables are used. See below how to decode the labels:

Version 1

Description

  1. productname
  2. order number
  3. factory programmed software version
  4. production date ([calendar week][year]); Example: 1412 = Calendar Week = 14, Year = 2012
  5. hardware revision
  6. serial number

Version 2

Description

  1. productname
  2. order number
  3. hardware revision
  4. production date ([calendar week][year]); Example: 3312 = Calendar Week = 33, Year = 2012
  5. serial number

Version 3

Description

  1. productname
  2. order number
  3. production date ([calendar week][year]); Example: 46/12 = Calendar Week = 46, Year = 2012
