Starting next year, manufacturers of Internet of Things (IoT) products will be required to demonstrate the cybersecurity of their devices as part of the CE marking process. To help companies prepare for these new requirements, Nemko invited emtrion GmbH to a hands-on seminar on “Cybersecurity.” The event focused on the latest cybersecurity requirements for IoT products, with the new standard EN 18031 playing a key role.

During the seminar, participants received in-depth information about the structure of the current standard and the key requirements of EN 18031. To deepen their understanding, the course included an interactive workshop where participants developed practical solutions and applications. Additionally, a Q&A session provided an opportunity to address individual concerns and discuss specific challenges faced by the attendees.
