We are pleased to introduce Mr. Achmed Haddou as the new head of sales and marketing and Mr. Manuel Schossig, who supports the team as a sales engineer.

When developing or customizing embedded hardware, techniques such as 3D printing and laser cutting make it easier and better to produce a true-to-life prototype.
emtrion manufactures individual components, housings, and user interfaces[nbsp]using laser cutters and 3D printers. In-house production of sample parts minimizes costs and accelerates the development process.

Nowadays large scale IoT device fleets are common practice. Companies have to keep their devices up-to-date in terms of software features and security releases. mender.io is a software framework, that offers robust and secure over-the-air software updates for IoT devices at large scale. emtrion supports its customers in the setup and operation of mender.io infrastructures and update management concerning operating system security and application software security.

emtrion has developed the emCVE-Watch software tool for the early identification of security gaps and vulnerabilities in embedded systems. emCVE-Watch compares file systems in real-time with current databases from Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures or CVE for short. This security management process prevents misuse of the embedded device by external access or IP theft and longer system downtimes.
