emtrion emSBC-RZ/N1D jetzt mit Yocto v3.1.2 (Dunfell)

Yocto v3.1.2 (Dunfell) ist ab sofort für alle Nutzer des emtrion Single Board Computers emSBC-RZ/N1D kostenlos verfügbar. emtrion hat das BSP auf die Yocto Version 3.1.2 und die Kernelversion v4.9.0 aktualisiert. Als Init-System wird sowohl SysVinit als auch systemd unterstützt. Beide Varianten gibt es zudem mit Echtzeitunterstützung durch den Preempt-RT Patch.

Yocto v3.1.2 (Dunfell) is now available free of charge to all users of the emtrion single board computer emSBC-RZ/N1D. emtrion has updated the BSP to Yocto version 3.1.2 and kernel version v4.9.0. The init systems SysVinit and systemd are supported. In addition, realtime support is available using the Preempt-RT patch.

Yocto v3.0.4 (Zeus) ist ab sofort für alle Nutzer des emtrion System-on-Module emCON-MX8M Mini kostenlos verfügbar. emtrion hat das Yocto Developer Kit überarbeitet, welches auf Yocto v3.0.4 (Zeus) und das BSP 5.4.70_2.3.2 von NXP aktualisiert wurde. Damit stehen die aktuellsten Security-Patches und Bibliotheken zur Verfügung. Die Kernelversion wurde auf 5.4.70 angepasst und als Bootloader kommt U-Boot in der Version 2020.04 zum Einsatz. Beide Versionen basieren auf der NXP-Distribution mit spezifischen Erweiterungen durch emtrion.

Yocto v3.0.4 (Zeus) is now available free of charge for all users of the emtrion System-on-Module emCON-MX8M Mini. emtrion revised its Yocto Developer Kit and updated it to Yocto v3.0.4 (Zeus) and NXP BSP 5.4.70_2.3.2, thereby making the latest security patches and libraries accessable. The kernel version was upgraded to 5.4.70 and U-Boot to 2020.04. Both versions are based on the NXP distribution, including specific emtrion extensions.
