emtrion uses the powerful NXP iMX9352CVV microprocessor in the new emSBC-MX93 single board computer to offer customers future-proof embedded modules and systems. With high processing performance, advanced connectivity, and comprehensive security features, the emSBC-MX93 provides an ideal platform for industrial control systems, automotive applications, IoT devices, and HMI systems.

The emSBC-MX93 is based on the emSTAMP-MX93 module and is specifically designed to fully leverage the potential of Industry 4.0. It enables efficient operational processes and offers maximum planning reliability thanks to a long-term availability of up to 10 years. The board support packages (BSP) from emtrion’s software specialists and the support of the Linux operating system make it easy for customers to quickly integrate the solution into existing systems.

Applications can be found in industrial machine vision, scanner and printing systems, smart home devices such as door communication or smart hubs, traffic control systems, driver and object monitoring, as well as HMI and gateway solutions for industrial and building automation. The combination with the i.MX RT1180 crossover MCU also expands the possibilities for larger gateways and I/O controllers.
